THE PRICE DIDN’T SCARE ME. THE FINANCING DID. MUG
The sticker price looked manageable. Then the financing paperwork showed up. This funny car-buying design captures that terrifying moment when the interest rate, monthly payment, and total financed cost turn your dream purchase into something resembling a financial horror movie. The car buyer may have survived the price tag—but the financing agreement is another story. Perfect for car shoppers, drivers, finance professionals, dealership workers, loan officers, personal-finance fans, and anyone who has watched a reasonable purchase become considerably less reasonable once interest enters the conversation. Because sometimes the scariest number at the dealership isn’t on the windshield.
