I Thought Outside the Box — Management Pulled It Back In - Mug

They told you to think outside the box. They just weren't prepared for what would happen when you actually did. This funny workplace design captures that familiar corporate moment when creativity, innovation, and a genuinely good idea collide headfirst with management, policies, approvals, and the sacred words: “That's not how we normally do things.” Featuring an employee literally being dragged back into the box while his bright idea escapes, “I Thought Outside the Box. Management Pulled It Back In.” is perfect for office workers, corporate employees, managers with a sense of humor, engineers, creative professionals, consultants, project teams, and anyone who's ever watched a great idea disappear into the approval process. Think differently. Challenge assumptions. Bring new ideas. Just don't wander too far from the box.
